As you can imagine, we have received a very large volume of emails and telephone calls as this issue potentially effects our health in a significant way. You are receiving this email response in an effort to serve you when, at least at the present point in time, and thankfully, you do not appear to have some of the more significant injuries associated with this product.

If the only reason you have written to us is for information concerning how to seek a refund, the only information we can pass on is that the manufacturer has issued press releases stating that any unused portions of this product be returned to the place of purchase for a refund. If you have written with other symptoms, including fatigue and itching (frequent symptoms many of you have!), or other symptoms including back pain and nausea, bring ALL of your symptoms to your health professional’s attention for proper diagnosis.
